Its natural.. to resolve your problem!! try this steps... 1. reset your Linksys then turn it off!! open it again and connect the RJ45 Cable (Lan Cable) from Linksys to your PC 2. open a new internet explorer 3. try again the procedure!! Note.. actually I try to check this procedure if it is ok!! I reset all my routers and do the procedure again step by step and it turn out alright! Gud Luck!! :::::::::::::::::::::::
thats the common problem in webpage GUI. Its natural.. to resolve your problem!! try this steps…

1. reset your Linksys then turn it off!! open it again and connect the RJ45 Cable
(Lan Cable) from Linksys to your PC
2. open a new internet explorer
3. try again the procedure!!
Note..
actually I try to check this procedure if it is ok!! I reset all my routers and do the procedure again step by step and it turn out alright!
